2. We'll arrange for the products to be picked up from your doorstep, and then process your exchange or refund.
3. To help cover the logistics costs involved in picking up the products, there's a small convenience fee of Rs. 50 per item.
And don't worry about manufacturing defects - we've got you covered! We'll bear the pickup costs and ensure you're taken care of.
